In 1982 as the Chronoswiss founder Gerd Rüdiger Lang made his first premier with his company's mechanical watches, no one in the branch really believed in his success. But this business mans ideas developed into a profitable vision. Shortly after the launch of this brand, mechanical watches started an incredible comeback - and Chronoswiss took on the role as the protagonist of this trend. It did not take long for innovations to happen: 1988 Chronoswiss established the first regulator dial on large precision clocks and wristwatches. This being further proof of the high quality offered by this relatively young company, which is managed today by its founder Gerd-Rüdiger Lang and his daughter.
